Drippity drippity.

Just as I'd been commenting on how long it's been since I've been ill, I come down with a nasty cold. It's all in my nose and the back of my throat. It sucks! So I'm staying home today. I still have to go to the store to buy drugs! The last thing I want is to get in my car and drive to a drug store.

My Joe Sorren art prints have shipped! I got a rad new widget for tracking packages from all sorts of sources. It's totally handy and also quite dandy. I recommend.

I need Dayquil!

Working on the edge of the earth.

I got in to work this morning, and the canyon that my building is perched atop was filled with fog. It was so dense that it blocked out the rest of the world from view. All that was out there was blank, white space.

Things have been going fantastically for me lately. Work has improved tremendously. I feel recharged and excited! I've been traveling fairly frequently. This year I've gone to (in order of appearance): Tampa, Chicago, New York, Franklin Lakes, New York, Toronto, San Francisco, San Jose (who gives a fuck, right?), Franklin Lakes, and New York. Can you tell I love New York?

I'm getting my apartment really dolled up! I bought a couple art prints from Joe Sorren, whose work I've admired for years. I'm starting to frame pictures from my travels. I finally got some lighting for my living room (yay!), and some shelves in my bedroom (they suck, but that's not the point).

The other day I ended a relationship for the fact that it that simply wasn't working out. It was one of those situations where it wasn't that either of us did anything wrong or we were incompatible, but I just wasn't feeling the spark... so that's over and he decided to erase me from his life. Whatever. I can't expect anything, but I would have liked to remain in contact and eventually good friends.

I spent about a month being a total stoner, but got bored with that. Sitting around and laughing uncontrollably gets old, you know? Besides... it may interfere with my gymnastics and trapeze training, and that's no good!

What else do I have to say? How about "stay in school," and "eat your vegetables!"

Sincerely,
Jon
