:-)Tonight I finally worked up the courage to talk to a guy I have had a crush on for quite a while. I felt very comfortable talking with him. He seems like a really nice guy. Hopefully we will get to chat again very soon, and outside of the club environment :-) I am going to bed with a big smile on my face tonight. -December 27, 2002 | 1:41 AM | Link | 0 commentsSchool's out (for two weeks)!Just one more day and then I am on vacation for two whole weeks! I'm going to be so lazy! -December 19, 2002 | 8:22 PM | Link | 0 commentsRequiem for the shoplifter.
December 13, 2002 | 4:03 PM | Link | 0 commentsMiscellaneaRealizing I hadn't a drop of champagne for at least two weeks, last night I bought myself a half-bottle of Veuve Clicquot to lead me through dinner and dessert. I had lamb for dinner because the really hot butcher was at Whole Foods, and I wanted to talk to him. I bought 1.25lbs of Valrhona chocolate and made the worst brownies ever. Let's just say that baking is chemistry, and I had the math all wrong. A few days ago I made some chocolate-raspberry-cheesecake brownies and they were really good. Two weekends ago, I accepted a man's invitation to his private sex dungeon. I woke up pretty freaked out the next morning. Some time before that, I slept with a cop. Don't get excited too fast though... he wasn't on duty. I want to learn to knit. I want to be Wonder Woman, but with a penis and no boobs—and no vagina. I bet that if I was to have such wealth, I would do it better than Martha Stewart. For a couple weeks, I couldn't decide if I would rather do the guy from the Sprint PCS commercials, or the guy from the Verizon Wireless commercials. I have decided on the guy from the Sprint PCS commercials. Spending lots of money on clothes gives me a false sense of power. I'm sure you could easily dig up a Freudian explanation for this. I am iron deficient. -December 13, 2002 | 12:28 PM | Link | 0 commentsI need to get outside!I'm getting over a cold. I'm sitting around here at home so bored that I'm watching a Pauly Shore movie. Please kill me. -December 7, 2002 | 7:26 PM | Link | 0 commentsWords cannot describe.I just got home from what definitely turned out to be my favorite concert ever. Marc Almond is a great performer. He really acts out the songs he sings. His voice is phenomenal live! He is very short. He wears nice clothes. He is grateful for his fans. Hopefully, one day, I will get the opportunity to see him again. Simply outstanding! -December 4, 2002 | 12:04 AM | Link | 0 commentsWhere have all my white socks gone?Their numbers are rapidly decreasing. I worry for their survival. -December 1, 2002 | 1:15 PM | Link | 0 commentsIt's been a fun ride...This morning I woke up to find out that one of my favorite sites, True Porn Clerk Stories, is no more. The wonderful Ali has quit her job at the video store and taken on a new wonderful job as a writer for Jellyvision (the makers of You Don't Know Jack). For that, I wish her all the luck in the world. She has given us all many great laughs and many topics to comtemplate through her excellent writings of her adventures in porn-dum. I'm going to miss the anticipation of new entries in her journal.
All of her entries are still up, and I highly recommend you read them all. -December 1, 2002 | 1:03 PM | Link | 0 comments |
